Zero Card or MoMo PIN Storage
We never store payment card numbers or Mobile Money PINs on our servers. All online payments are processed directly by Bank of Ghana-licensed and PCI-DSS compliant processor Paystack.
Cryptographic Phone Isolation
Access to your booking history and digital receipts requires single-use SMS OTP verification. Unauthenticated booking links automatically mask your phone number and email address.
01. Information We Collect
We practice strict data minimization and collect only the information required to schedule, confirm, and deliver your salon treatments:
- Phone Number (Ghana E.164 format): Used as your primary identifier for SMS OTP verification, booking confirmation, and appointment reminders.
- Full Name: Used for appointment scheduling, receptionist check-in, and official receipts.
- Email Address (Optional): Used only when provided for Paystack payment receipts or digital correspondence.
- Treatment Notes & Preferences (Optional): Any styling notes, nail art references, or sensitivity disclosures you share during booking.
02. How We Use Your Information
- Verifying your identity via one-time SMS security codes (OTP).
- Reserving appointment slots and coordinating your stylist or technician.
- Sending transactional SMS notifications (booking confirmations, payment receipts, and upcoming appointment reminders). We do not send unsolicited third-party spam.
- Issuing official digital and thermal receipts and maintaining accurate financial accounting records.
03. Data Retention Schedule
We retain records only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy and comply with Ghana tax and regulatory obligations:
