Deposit, Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Unwana Beauty Lounge, our specialists dedicate exclusive time and preparation for every scheduled guest. This policy outlines how your 30% booking deposit works, how to reschedule effortlessly, and when refunds apply.
30% Credited Deposit
Your 30% online deposit is deducted in full from your total bill at the lounge. You only pay the remaining 70% balance after your session.
24-Hour Rescheduling
Notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment to transfer 100% of your deposit to a new date at no extra cost.
100% Refund If We Cancel
If Unwana Beauty Lounge ever has to cancel or cannot honor your confirmed booking, you are entitled to an immediate 100% refund or priority reschedule.
01. Online Deposit Requirement (30%)
- To confirm an online appointment at Unwana Beauty Lounge, guests may choose to pay either the mandatory 30% reservation deposit or 100% full prepayment via Paystack (Mobile Money, Visa/Mastercard, or Bank Transfer).
- The deposit secures your dedicated technician and treatment room and is applied directly toward your treatment total.
- Upon successful payment, an official digital deposit receipt is generated immediately and can be downloaded anytime via our Track Booking page.
02. Rescheduling Policy
- 24+ Hours Notice: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled start time by calling our reception desk at +233599324879. Your deposit or full prepayment transfers seamlessly to your new appointment date (within 60 days).
- Same-Day / Under 24 Hours Notice: Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to technician availability and may forfeit the initial deposit if the slot cannot be filled.
03. Cancellations, Late Arrivals & No-Shows
- Guest Cancellations: Reservation deposits (30%) are non-refundable for guest-initiated cancellations, as time and resources are held exclusively for your booking. However, with at least 24 hours notice, your deposit can be held as studio credit toward a rescheduled appointment.
- 100% Full Prepayment Cancellations: If you elected to pay 100% of your treatment upfront and cancel with at least 24 hours notice, the 70% balance portion above the 30% reservation deposit is eligible for a refund upon request, or 100% of the payment may be retained as studio credit.
