Terms of Service
Welcome to Unwana Beauty Lounge. By booking an appointment online, visiting our sanctuary in Unwana beauty lounge Osu Adjoate Street, or using our digital tracking and payment services, you agree to the following terms and studio guidelines designed to ensure a serene, punctual, and world-class experience for every guest.
30% Reservation Deposit
Online bookings require a 30% deposit (or full payment) via Paystack to confirm your time slot.
15-Minute Grace Window
Please arrive 5–10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling.
Booking Window
Book up to 60 days in advance. Same-day online bookings close at 14:00 GMT.
01. Appointment Reservations & Verification
- All online reservations require a valid Ghana telephone number verified via a 6-digit SMS one-time passcode (OTP).
- Appointments can be scheduled up to 60 days in advance during our operating hours (09:00 – 19:00).
- Same-day online bookings are accepted until 14:00 GMT. For appointments after the cutoff time, please call our reception desk directly at +233599324879.
- An appointment slot is provisionally held upon creation and is only confirmed once the required 30% deposit (or 100% full payment) is completed via Paystack. Unpaid draft bookings automatically expire.
02. Pricing, Currency & Payments
- All treatment prices are quoted and settled in Ghanaian Cedis (GH₵ / GHS).
- The price locked in at the time of your booking confirmation is guaranteed for the selected treatment(s). Any additional add-on services or custom nail/hair upgrades requested in the studio will be added to your final balance.
- Remaining balances are payable at the lounge upon completion of your treatment via Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, ATMoney), Visa/Mastercard, Bank Transfer, or Cash. Official digital and printed receipts are issued for every transaction.
03. Punctuality, Rescheduling & Cancellations
To respect the time of our artisans and subsequent guests:
- We provide a 15-minute grace period for arrivals. If you anticipate a delay, please notify reception immediately.
- Arrivals delayed beyond 15 minutes may result in an abbreviated treatment or forfeiture of the appointment slot depending on studio schedule availability.
